TENTANG LAPORAN TAHUNAN About the Annual Report Laporan Tahunan PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk 2022 mengangkat tema “TRUST (Towards Responsive Unity Sustainable Teamwork)”. Tema tersebut dipilih berdasarkan analisis dan kajian yang mendalam berdasarkan fakta dan perkembangan bisnis sepanjang 2022 serta masa depan keberlanjutan bisnis PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. Laporan Tahunan PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk 2022 diterbitkan sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Nomor: 29/POJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Surat Edaran OJK Nomor: 16/SEOJK.04/2021 Tentang Bentuk dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Dalam rangka menjalankan praktik terbaik terhadap pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik atau Good Corporate Governance (GCG), penyampaian laporan ini juga mengacu pada pedoman. Perusahaan juga menyampaikan beberapa aspek yang merupakan bagian dari pengembangan dan interpretasi atas isi Laporan Tahunan. Dengan demikian, Perusahaan mengharapkan Laporan Tahunan ini dapat mendorong peningkatan keterbukaan informasi yang wajar seiring dengan terpenuhinya aspek komposisi dan aspek substansi. Penyebutan satuan mata uang “Rupiah”, “Rp” atau IDR merujuk pada mata uang resmi Republik Indonesia, sedangkan “Dollar AS” atau USD merujuk pada mata uang resmi Amerika Serikat. Semua informasi keuangan disajikan dalam mata uang Rupiah sesuai dengan Standar Akuntasi Keuangan Indonesia. Laporan Tahunan PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk 2022 disajikan dalam dua bahasa secara terpisah, yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan jenis dan ukuran huruf yang mudah dibaca dan dicetak dengan kualitas yang baik. The 2022 Annual Report of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk with the theme “TRUST (Towards Responsive Unity Sustainable Teamwork)”. This theme was chosen after in-depth analysis and study of the facts and business development in 2022 and the future business continuity of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. The Annual Report is issued in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number: 16/SEOJK.04/2021 concerning the Form and Content of the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies. In the framework of best practices towards the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles, the submission of this report also refers to best governance practices. The Company also presents aspects that are part of the development and interpretation of the Annual Report contents. Accordingly, the Company expects this Annual Report to encourage increased disclosure of reasonable information along with the fulfillment of the composition and substance aspects. The currency “Rupiah”, “Rp” or IDR refers to the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, while “US Dollar” or USD refers to the official currency of the United States. All financial information is presented in Rupiah in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards. The Annual Report of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk 2022 is presented in two languages side by side, namely Indonesian and English using easy-to-read fonts and prints in good quality. SANGGAHAN DAN BATASAN TANGGUNG JAWAB Disclaimer and Scope of Responsibilities Laporan Tahunan 2022 PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (yang selanjutnya disebut WEGE/Perusahaan) ini disusun untuk memenuhi ketentuan pelaporan hasil kinerja Perusahaan pada periode 1 Januari 2022 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022 kepada regulator. Laporan Tahunan ini memuat pernyataan kondisi keuangan, hasil operasi, proyeksi, rencana, strategi, kebijakan, serta tujuan Perusahaan, yang digolongkan sebagai pernyataan ke depan dalam pelaksanaan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, kecuali hal-hal yang bersifat historis. Pernyataan-pernyataan tersebut memiliki prospek risiko, ketidakpastian, serta dapat mengakibatkan perkembangan aktual secara material berbeda dari yang dilaporkan. Sedangkan, pernyataan-pernyataan prospektif dalam Laporan Tahunan ini dibuat berdasarkan berbagai asumsi mengenai kondisi terkini dan kondisi mendatang, serta lingkungan bisnis yang terkait, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan perkembangan aktual secara material berbeda dari yang dilaporkan. This Annual Report contains statements of financial condition, results of operations, projections, plans, strategies, policies, and objectives of the Company, which are classified as forwardlooking statements in the implementation of applicable laws, except for historical matters. KESINAMBUNGAN TEMA Theme Continuity 2021 Building Legacy to engrave history Tahun 2021 mencatat sejarah baru bagi Perusahaan dengan rampungnya pekerjaan struktur atap baja dan retractable roof proyek megastruktur Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). Selain itu, Perusahaan juga merampungkan Pit Building untuk ajang World Superbike Mandalika. Kedua proyek megastruktur ini melengkapi daftar panjang portfolio mahakarya Perusahaan yang bernilai sejarah dan bertaraf internasional. Keberhasilan yang tak terlepas dari keahlian, kolaborasi, serta komitmen untuk Terus Berkarya dan Mengukir Sejarah. In 2021, The Company engraved another history by completing the installation of retractable roof for its megastructure project, Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). The Company also completed the Pit Building for the World Superbike Mandalika. These two megastructure projects add to the list of The Company’s historical and international masterpieces. Such achievements which manifest expertise, collaboration, and commitment to continue Bulding Legacy to Engrave History. 2020 Always HOPE Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan tahun 2020 dengan menginternalisasikan “Always HOPE”.
